Determine Your Wants and Needs

This is the single most important step. By asking you a series of questions we will establish what you are looking for. Von Kaenel's goal is to not take up your your time by looking at properties that ado not meet your needs. Throughout the buying process we will maintain your confidentiality and have your best interests at heart.

Help You Get Pre-Qualified

This step will show you how much you can afford.  This is accomplished by speaking with a financial institution and establishing what monthly payments you will be comfortable with. Many sellers will not proceed with an offer until they know they are dealing with someone who is pre-qualified. We will help you get there quickly!

Finding the Right Home

Von Kaenel Real Estate utilizes powerful search programs and the latest real estate technology tools to find the properties that match your search parameters.  We are also able to send them to you immediately via e-mail so that you can browse them at your leisure. You will also receive a personal client portfolio which will allow you to search and view properties, make requests, or tell us if you would like schedule an appointment.  We will disclose all known facts about the property that are likely to affect your decision. When we find the home that meets your criteria, I will assist you in writing an offer and act as a liaison between you and the seller.
